Troubleshooting
Q: Can't enter marks — "exam locked." A: Marks entry is locked after the deadline. Admin can unlock in Exams → [Exam] → Settings → Unlock.
Q: Student marked absent but has marks. A: Remove the marks and enter "AB" for absent. Absent students should not have numerical marks.
Q: How do I handle grace marks? A: Go to Exams → [Exam] → Grace Marks. Set a global grace value (e.g., +5 marks) and apply to specific students or subjects.
